CNC Machine Shop Supervisor (Mazak / GibbsCAM)
1st Shift Only – 10-Hour Days – Hands-On Role
$32–$38/hr (Based on Experience)

About the Role:
We’re a clean, well-maintained machine shop running new Mazak equipment with Smooth G controls, and we’re looking for a hands-on CNC Supervisor who can lead from the floor.

This is not a desk job—you’ll be actively involved in setup, programming (GibbsCAM), and running jobs while leading a small team. Your experience will directly influence how the shop operates, improves processes, and gets work done.

What You’ll Do:

Lead daily operations on the shop floor
Set up and run Mazak CNC lathes and mills
Program and optimize jobs using GibbsCAM
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program issues
Keep jobs on schedule and to print
Train and support machinists/operators
Help improve efficiency, setups, and overall shop performance

What We’re Looking For:

Strong Mazak experience (lathes and mills)
Proficiency with GibbsCAM programming
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Ability to read prints
Hands-on problem solver who takes ownership
Comfortable working in a small, team-focused environment
