  • Track open jobs to ensure timely completion and proper closeout
  • Review service documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with internal teams (parts, sales, operations) to support service execution
  • Identify process improvements and help optimize scheduling efficiency
  • Escalate customer concerns or operational issues when necessary

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling or service management systems

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical/business training preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in dispatching, service coordination, or a similar role

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to support you both professionally and personally:
